He has been involved in most areas within international investment banking activities, notably at Goldman Sachs in New York and London 1997-2004, Deutsche Bank 2004-2006, and as Managing Director, Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2006-2010. In 2010 Einar established First Securities’ (now Swedbank) High Yield and Debt Advisory business, and more recently took the initiative to establish Swedbank’s Acquisition Finance as well as loan Syndication units in Oslo.
Over 15 years of experience from investment banking. Before joining Beringer Finance Tor was Partner and Head of Corporate Finance at Jarl Securities and he has also worked for Kaupthing as well as Pricewaterhouse.
He was awarded “M&A Advisor of the Year in Sweden” in 2016 by Acquisition Finance Magazine, an award based on nominations and votes from corporate finance professionals including reputable PE funds, VC funds and Mid-Market Companies.

Her particular focus has been on developing recruitment processes, compensation and benefit programs and leadership and employee programs. Sigridur’s interests lies in developing the work environment by working proactively with health subjects and rehabilitation process. Additionally, she has solid experience with negotiating with unions and other collective committees.
Over 30 years of experience from the IT industry. Gisli sold his first program at the age of 14. He has worked for 10 years at Microsoft, where he was involved in product development, sales, technical evangelism, and most recently as a trusted advisor to national governments and international organizations on the effective use of technology in their operations. Gisli’s deep understanding of technology, his long-time software product development expertise, and his extensive network inside and outside of the technology industry enables him to quickly provide value to technology companies. Gisli also has over 20 years’ of experience in responding to disasters around the world and is considered one of the leading authorities on the use of technology in crisis situations. Gisli sits on a number of committees and boards related to the use of technology in international disasters and is a sought after speaker at conferences and workshops worldwide. Gisli has also over the past 15 years worked closely with the startup community and is an advisory board member and member of board of directors of numerous startups.
Over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Before joining Beringer Finance Baldur was Managing Partner at the financial service firm Arctica Finance for eight years and prior to that Senior Director at Landsbanki´s International Investment Banking arm for five years. Baldur has led many complex cross border and local Corporate Finance, ECM and DCM transactions in various sectors, in recent years with a particular focus on Renewable Energy & CleanTech.
Over 20 years of experience from starting, running, exiting and investing in enterprise software companies. Timo has served as an investor and executive in technology companies, with extensive experience from building, running and investing in enterprise software companies and leading various merger and acquisition deals. With multiple successful exits, he has worked both Buy and Sell sides of financial transactions. In the past year, Timo had successful exits in advertising technology platform Admeta and virtualization platform Witsbits. Throughout his career, Timo has invested in more than 40 companies. He currently serves as a board member at BankerBay.

Sara has a background in journalism and has worked for some of Sweden’s leading broadcasting companies. She has also worked as a press secretary for the Speaker of the Swedish Parliament and most recently as Head of Press & PR for one of Sweden’s largest mutual life insurance companies.
Ivar Andreas is Head of Corporate Finance at Beringer Finance’s Norway office and was previously Head of Equity Research. Ivar Andreas has also worked as an Equity Analyst and for several years as a Management Consultant at EY.
More than 20 years of experience from research, consulting, equity sales and capital markets. Ståle has lead and participated in numerous smaller and larger capital raisings, sourcing financing from a pool of Nordic, UK and US investors.
Over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, project finance, consulting and management in Europe and the United States. Steinunn has worked with companies in sectors such as seafood, shipping, energy, banking, pharmaceuticals and retail. She has lead and closed numerous transactions worldwide, the biggest one at GBP 450 million. Prior to joining Beringer Finance, Steinunn served on various boards in shipping, financial institutions and funds. She enjoys working with companies and investors internationally in creating opportunities and effectively building value.

Steinar has international management experience from leading telecom operators and infrastructure providers such as Nortel, Ericsson and Telenor as well as extensive management consulting experience from consulting companies PA Consulting, Teleplan and Core Group. His focus more recently has been on business development and investments in disruptive early-stage and transformational growth companies. Steinar serves on the board of various early-stage Scandinavian technology companies.

Knut has deep and broad industry knowledge developed through many years as a financial analyst in leading investments banks, including ABG Securities and Fearnley Fonds. In recent years, his main focus has been on the credit and high-yield bond market. Knut has acted as an advisor and specialist on a large number of debt transactions and bond issuances. He was also co-founder of the successful telecom/mobile software company Emode AS (2000), acquired by Aspiro AB in 2004.

From 2002 to 2005 Sveinn was a fund manager managing a large cap portfolio of investments in equities in energy and infrastructure companies.
Over ten years of experience from Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Credit Risk Monitoring and Asset Management. For the majority of that time Karl Kari worked at Landsbankinn in Iceland, but he has also worked for Reykjavik Savings Bank and Actavis.
Working with Asia equity investments and business operations since 2006. Huizi closely follows developments in Emerging Asian markets including Greater China, South Korea and Southeast Asia, and has developed unique on-the-ground insights across Europe and Asia continents. Prior to joining Beringer Finance, she worked as an Asian equity analyst at the Swedish active asset manager East Capital based in Stockholm, covering technology, energy and consumer goods sectors. Before moving to Sweden in 2009, she was heading Towers Watson’s Global Research Center (20 analysts/economists) in Wuhan, China. Huizi currently leads the Asia desk at Beringer Finance.

Sonja has worked as a Civil Engineer for various companies in Reykjavik, Iceland. She has also worked as a consultant/volunteer for a Children’s Aid, assisting them with website editing, translating documents and school curriculums for staff working in the field in both Mathare slum, Nairobi and Loitokitok, Kenya. She wrote her Bachelor and Master thesis on urban planning and slums in both Kenya and Malavi.

She has comprehensive knowledge with Rule 15a-6 regulations, and Small Firm Broker Dealer operations, compliance and administration. Nora joined Fondsfinans Inc in New York in October 2009 as Chief Compliance Officer, and has since 2011 been President of the U.S. Broker Dealer. Nora came from Thomas Weisel Partners where she spent six years as a Senior Sales Associate in their Private Client Department in San Francisco and New York. Prior to this she worked for Robertson Stephens’ Bayview Partners, and Volpe, Brown & Wheelan also in San Francisco.

Then followed 9 years of executive roles in the IT services sector for Logica/CGI. Since 2013 Thomas works as an investor, he has a portfolio of 12 companies and is a Board member in 5 of them.
The founder and Executive Chairman of the Silvermine Group. Manish has spent over 25 years’ in the media business, as general manager of business units in large companies like the NFL and ESPN and as CEO and President of smaller companies like Vantrix, SkyWeaver and Tremor Video. Most recently, Mr. Jha was President of Publisher Platforms at Tremor Video, where he oversaw the publisher business, successfully launching and rapidly growing the company’s programmatic SSP platform. Prior to Tremor, he served as the General Manager of Mobile at the NFL where his team developed industry leading applications for smartphones and tablets. Previously, Manish served as the President and CEO of SkyWeaver, Inc, a social and interest graph based targeting company, and as CEO of Vantrix, a video technology company.

Prior to The Stonington Group, he was Chief Software Engineer & Mission Systems Engineer at Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp (15 years) and Lockheed Martin (15 years). His career focused on developing high reliability, real-time systems for government and commercial customers. A career highlight is the time he spent developing flight software used to operate the cameras currently in the Hubble Space Telescope. He has supported the development and operations of numerous NASA and government systems that include the Kepler Space Telescope, weather & climate monitoring satellites, global communication systems, and methods for addressing cyber security issues unique too aerospace.
Frederic Laziou is the CEO of Tacton, a Swedish software company (200 employees). Frederic has 15 years’ experience in IT and technology working in various countries with general management, corporate and business development, M&A and strategy. Prior to joining Tacton, Frederic was CEO of 24 Solutions, a cloud infrastructure provider.
