He has been leading and closing transactions since he was 19 years old, the first international one an electronic X-ray software company sold to the late Kodak in the US. He has worked for 10 years at Microsoft, where he was involved in product development, sales, technical evangelism, and most recently as a trusted advisor to national governments and international organizations on the effective use of technology in their operations. Gisli’s deep understanding of technology, his long-time software product development expertise, and his extensive network inside and outside of the technology industry enables him to quickly provide value to technology companies. Gisli also has over 20 years’ of experience in responding to disasters around the world and is considered one of the leading authorities on the use of technology in crisis situations. Gisli sits on a number of committees and boards related to the use of technology in international disasters and is a sought after speaker at conferences and workshops worldwide. Gisli has also over the past 15 years worked closely with the startup community and is an advisory board member and member of board of directors of numerous startups.

Steinar has international management experience from leading telecom operators and infrastructure providers such as Nortel, Ericsson and Telenor as well as extensive management consulting experience from consulting companies PA Consulting, Teleplan and Core Group. His focus more recently has been on business development and investments in disruptive early-stage and transformational growth companies. Steinar serves on the board of various early-stage Scandinavian technology companies.

Hans Henrik also has experience from Amdocs PLC, HP Consulting, Weibull, and from his own consulting company where he has advised Norwegian IT companies.

Dadi’s background lies in technology and entrepreneurship, having founded, ran and successfully exited his own ventures. With over five years of experience from the finance industry, both from M&A and Risk Management, Dadi has experience from M&A transactions within the technology sector, as well as financial modeling and credit risk.

Prior to joining Beringer Finance, she worked as an Asian equity analyst at the Swedish active asset manager East Capital based in Stockholm, covering technology, energy and consumer goods sectors. Before moving to Sweden in 2009, she was heading Towers Watson’s Global Research Center (20 analysts/economists) in Wuhan, China.

More than 10 years of experience managing complex operations and implementing strategic business initiatives for the startup technology industry. Noland’s experience lies in cutting edge technology within software, UAV’s and Robotics and he has a background in finance. Noland has successfully run and exited his own ventures, and currently serves as a startup advisory board member as well as active mentor for multiple Silicon Valley based accelerator programs.

Nicoleta has previous experience from Equity Research. As a research analyst she had coverage of companies within the IT/TMT sectors and simultaneously analyzed and followed the Nordic IT services sector. Prior to joining Beringer Finance Nicoleta worked with management consulting and with SMEs funding.
Emil started working at Beringer Finance in 2018. Through internships at Norwegian and Swedish banks, he has experience within various Capital Markets services, including foreign exchange brokerage, equity research and debt capital markets.
More than 15 years of experience in the Finance industry. He has worked in corporate finance and debt recovery at Icebank, project- and investment valuation and treasury- and process management at Reykjavik Energy and as a financial analyst at the office of Reykjavik City auditor.
10 years of experience in management and administration. Ingjerd has also worked as a journalist, producer and news reporter for Norwegian television and radio.
Over 30 years of experience of working with Scandinavian Investment Banks; first as a stockbroker with a special interest for derivatives and later as Compliance Officer. He has held the position as Chief Compliance Officer since 2012. Arne has formerly served as a deputy board member of The Norwegian Securities Dealers Association (NSDA) and Head of the Derivatives Committee. He is currently a member of the NSDA’s Compliance Committee and The Ethical Advisory Board.

Before Einar joined Beringer Finance as CEO in 2017 he was the Global Head of High Yield Origination & Debt Advisory, Investment Banking at Swedbank. He has been involved in most areas within international investment banking activities, notably at Goldman Sachs in New York and London 1997-2004, Deutsche Bank 2004-2006, and as Managing Director, Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2006-2010. In 2010 Einar established First Securities’ (now Swedbank) High Yield and Debt Advisory business, and more recently took the initiative to establish Swedbank’s Acquisition Finance as well as loan Syndication units in Oslo. From September 2018 Einar serves as Senior Partner in Beringer Finance.
Over 20 years of experience from starting, running, exiting and investing in enterprise software companies. Timo has served as an investor and executive in technology companies, with extensive experience from building, running and investing in enterprise software companies and leading various merger and acquisition deals. With multiple successful exits, he has worked both Buy and Sell sides of financial transactions. In the past year, Timo had successful exits in advertising technology platform Admeta and virtualization platform Witsbits. Throughout his career, Timo has invested in more than 40 companies. He currently serves as a board member at BankerBay, and is a Senior Advisor to Beringer Finance AB.
Over 10 years of experience from Mergers & Acquisitions and Investment banking. Arni has significant management and entrepreneurship experience and a special interest in IT/ Tech startup´s, focusing on sales & marketing. He has worked as an advisor for several companies in restructuring processes.
Over 25 years’ of experience from industry, banks and corporate finance with focus on debt advisory. Arne has worked within structured finance, both in the Nordic countries based in Oslo and Stockholm, and international transactions done out of London. Arne has been involved in transactions in different sectors including industrial engineering, telecom, transportation and energy. Arne is now focusing on origination on debt advisory and working closely with the M&A team.

Harald´s corporate finance specializations are acquisition debt finance and cross border M&A transactions. Harald is also a dedicated entrepreneur with successful and active current and past ownership ranging from investment banking and micro credit to telecom and fiber optical technology companies. He serves as a board member of Meltwater Group, Georgian Credit and SmartOptics.
Over 20 years’ of experience in the financial sector from some of the world’s largest banks including Chemical Bank, Oslo and London, Goldman Sachs, London, Credit Agricole, Stockholm and DLP Capital, Stockholm. Trond’s main focus has been in international sales and advisory emphasizing on Foreign Exchange, Interest and Fixed Income Products.
Donald has worked for over 30 years in the fields of data management and product innovation, with a background ranging from fish-farming to archaeology to advanced manufacturing. He has worked in award-winning startups in the UK and Iceland, and spent 15 years at Microsoft and at Qlik leading teams designing and developing new enterprise capabilities in data integration, data mining, self-service analytics and visualization.
As an advisor and investor Donald’s interests are equally diverse, including restaurant management software in the Philippines and graph database analytics in Silicon Valley. He mentors individuals from junior inside sales reps to globally-focused executives.

Thomas has over 30 years of international experience in IT software and services companies. After a 15-year career in Ericsson he was CEO for two global software companies during 7 years, EHPT AB and CMG Wireless Data Solutions BV. Then followed 9 years of executive roles in the IT services sector for Logica/CGI. Since 2013 Thomas works as an investor, he has a portfolio of 12 companies and is a Board member in 5 of them.
The founder and Executive Chairman of the Silvermine Group. Manish has spent over 25 years’ in the media business, as general manager of business units in large companies like the NFL and ESPN and as CEO and President of smaller companies like Vantrix, SkyWeaver and Tremor Video. Most recently, Mr. Jha was President of Publisher Platforms at Tremor Video, where he oversaw the publisher business, successfully launching and rapidly growing the company’s programmatic SSP platform. Prior to Tremor, he served as the General Manager of Mobile at the NFL where his team developed industry leading applications for smartphones and tablets. Previously, Manish served as the President and CEO of SkyWeaver, Inc, a social and interest graph based targeting company, and as CEO of Vantrix, a video technology company.
Mr. Jha started his career at ESPN, where he served in various capacities including as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Mobile, and as SVP/GM of Emerging Media, launching innovative services like ESPN3. Mr. Jha has received numerous industry accolades for his leadership, including: one of the “50 most influential people in streaming and technology” by Streaming Magazine, one of “CableFax 100” by CableFax magazine, “Who’s Who in Mobile” by The Hollywood Reporter, one of the most influential sports technology executives of the decade by The Sports Business Journal, and one of the 25 most influential South Asian Executives in media in the US by Korn Ferry and IFFLA.
Over 30 years’ of industry experience and is currently the CTO of The Stonington Group, where he is focused on venture capital and industry development activities. In addition to his Senior Advisor role with Beringer Finance, Robert is a co-founder of Yorke Capital Founders, LLC.
Prior to The Stonington Group, he was Chief Software Engineer & Mission Systems Engineer at Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corp (15 years) and Lockheed Martin (15 years). His career focused on developing high reliability, real-time systems for government and commercial customers. A career highlight is the time he spent developing flight software used to operate the cameras currently in the Hubble Space Telescope. He has supported the development and operations of numerous NASA and government systems that include the Kepler Space Telescope, weather & climate monitoring satellites, global communication systems, and methods for addressing cyber security issues unique too aerospace.
Frederic Laziou is the CEO of Tacton, a Swedish software company (200 employees). Frederic has 15 years’ experience in IT and technology working in various countries with general management, corporate and business development, M&A and strategy. Prior to joining Tacton, Frederic was CEO of 24 Solutions, a cloud infrastructure provider.

He was CEO and co-owner of STORM, a leader in digital content creation. He founded and sold PoppTV, the first and only 24-hour music television station in Iceland. He started VYRE, a Content Management and Web Publishing vendor. As CEO of STORM, in 2006 he sold and then merged the company with Sagafilm and in 2008 he acquired Sagafilm as he currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Sagafilm Nordic in Stockholm. Kjartan currently sits on the board of travel innovator Bokun and distribution platform OZ.
