Beringer Finance positions itself for further growthFebruary 27, 2017
Beringer Finance takes the next steps towards becoming a leading technology focused investment bank with Einar U. Johansen joining the company as Deputy CEO and Country Manager for Norway.
“Einar’s broad investment banking and leadership experience will enhance the quality of our services and strategic advice. Our clients will benefit from his industry knowledge, expertise and solution driven approach. Einar is joining us at an interesting time as Beringer Finance’s corporate finance and advisory activity towards the end of 2016 improved considerably with strong deal execution in both Oslo and Stockholm. The Reykjavik office has upgraded its presence and leadership, with a new Country Manager and experienced new team members, and we are already seeing promising results”, says Adalsteinn Johannsson, CEO Beringer Finance.
Einar U. Johansen will officially start his position April 1st, 2017. In his role he will compliment Beringer Finance’s Executive Management team, and together with Adalsteinn Johansson drive the strategic direction, development, and growth of Beringer Finance.
“Beringer Finance has a strong foundation when it comes to deal-pipeline, focus, co-workers, and owners. With Fondsfinans’ over 100 years of investment banking track record, Beringer Finances international foothold, and a strategic desire to grow I am really excited. Together we will take the next steps towards building a stronger Beringer Finance with increased client focus and deal flow, both locally in Norway and in our focus areas” says Einar U. Johansen.
Arne Egil Rønning who is the current Country Manager for Norway will leave Beringer Finance.
“I would like to thank Arne Egil for his contribution and commitment during his many years at Fondsfinans, and particularly lately during the merger of our two companies. We are now well positioned for the future” says Adalsteinn Johannsson.
